Are you a strategic quality leader ready to shape the future of operational excellence? We're hiring a HSE Quality Manager to lead quality, environmental, health, and safety initiatives at an industry-leading facility. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining certifications (ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), directing quality processes, and driving continuous improvement from development to field claims.
Salary: $90,790 - $110,000 per year
Schedule: Evening shift
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality standards, inspection methods, and compliance systems
Lead quality engineering reviews and ensure regulatory adherence
Supervise and train quality team members across multiple production stages
Utilize SPC methods, analyze data trends, and propose effective solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality aligns with corporate goals
Present technical updates and insights to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 6-10 years of relevant experience
Strong command of advanced math, statistics, and quality assurance tools
Automotive Quality Management experience preferred
SAP MRP knowledge and certified auditor credentials (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) highly desirable
Six Sigma or CMQ/OE ASQ certification a plus
