What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead client engagements to identify business requirements and define the scope of system migrations and conversions Own the end-to-end business analysis process, ensuring alignment with insurance operations and regulatory requirements Conduct assessments of existing insurance product configurations and identify process improvement opportunities Develop data models, process flows, and system requirements for efficient business processes Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA analysts to implement effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications): 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance domain, focusing on Universal Life and Traditional Life products Extensive hands-on experience with Vantage/wmA (Wealth Management Accelerator) Proven experience leading large-scale migration and conversion projects in an insurance context Deep expertise in TRAD product configuration and data conversion methodologies Ability to create and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy of system configurations and data migrations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Experience with large-scale system modernization initiatives in the insurance sector Strong proficiency in business process optimization and digital transformation methodologies Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive discussions at executive levels
