Sales Enablement Program Designer , you leverage your imaginative, adaptable, and self-starting approach to build to create effective, scalable, and engaging learning experiences for our clients' sales teams. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with sales teams across multiple instructional delivery modalities to build high-quality, scale-able learning experiences that builds confidence in engaging with business leaders of various industries. In addition, you will have strong program management experience, especially as it relates to the training and development space. You would curate, create and continuously improve enablement programs using an array of creative approaches that inspire learners. Responsibilities: As a learning experience program designer you will bring experience working across multiple instructional delivery modalities to build high-quality, scale-able learning experiences that enables our clients’ sales teams. Curate, create and continuously improve our library of sales learning programs using an array of creative approaches that inspire learners, and incorporate the latest in modern selling for continual improvement. Rapidly build understanding of our clients’ industry, value proposition and sales effectiveness challenges to develop recommendations on learning content gaps. Contribute to the development and implementation of new models and design templates, ensuring the best experience of the learner. Develop exercises, tutorials, job aids, assessments, and other methods of including social or connected strategies, and multimedia-based assets. Be an active and productive liaison/partner with the client and internal team, consistently seeking to make a positive impact on key business and customer experience metrics. Challenge the team to identify, experiment and implement new and innovative enablement and approaches, tools, and systems. candidate will have the following qualifications Bachelor’s degree with proven academic achievement 5+ years of relevant sales enablement experience in an instructional design role, including training courses and videos. 5+ years of experience using video editing tools and design software experience such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline / Rise, Camtasia, GoAnimate, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. 3+ years’ experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including ILT, e-learning, video. 5+ years experience using data, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve individual and organizational performance. 3+ years strong project/program/product management experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2+ years of professional multimedia design experience in a creative agency and/or fast-paced corporate setting. Time management skills in order to meet critical deadlines under changing conditions. Excels in a team environment, ability to build/maintain positive relationships through collaboration efforts. Knowledge of modern selling skills and methodologies. Job Location: Remote, opportunity in Atlanta for hybrid work model EEO Employer.
