Job Summary The Relationship Manager will manage a wide variety of trust and estate accounts and relationships, including testamentary, revocable, and irrevocable trusts, charitable foundations, guardianships, and special needs trusts, in accordance with trust documents, applicable law, and company policies. They will also provide exceptional service to wealth management clients, offering guidance on financial planning, estate planning, and tax issues, often leading a team of professionals such as attorneys, CPAs, and insurance advisors. Job Duties Administer Trusts, Estates, IRAs, and Investment Management accounts. Manage all administrative and fiduciary functions of assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with trust documents and legal requirements. Advise clients on estate planning, tax, and financial concerns. Develop and deepen client relationships, fostering long-term trust and loyalty. Handle complex situations involving diverse assets and family dynamics. Coordinate team communication for proactive client engagement. Collaborate with external professionals and internal teams to meet client needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or accounting. At least five years of experience in fiduciary administration or wealth management. Knowledge of trust and estate administration, including multigenerational trusts. Understanding of fiduciary laws and regulations. Ability to interpret legal documents and exercise sound fiduciary judgment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with a professional, compassionate approach. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree or certifications (CFP, JD, CPA, CTFA). Over 10 years of relevant experience.
