Who You'll Work With As a member of the Arista Sales team, you are the face of Arista to our customers; their internal champion for the problems they need to solve. You will align Arista’s technical resources to achieve your customer’s business outcomes. You will partner with skilled Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to help them understand how to execute on your customer’s behalf. Our sales culture emphasizes team success, collaboration, and support from like-minded professionals. This role typically reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales. What You'll Do We are seeking a proven Major Account Manager to join our growing Sales organization. The role will act as a trusted advisor and implement sales strategies to exceed targets within a named list of accounts in the OKC and Tulsa area. Arista appeals to forward-thinking organizations that value quality and innovation. Technical acumen and a track record of selling data center solutions are highly desirable. Job Responsibilities: Exceed sales objectives and extend the Arista brand within enterprise accounts in OKC and Tulsa. Utilize a consultative selling approach with key stakeholders to address hybrid cloud computing and legacy IT system needs across Arista’s product portfolio, including Cloud Networking platforms, EOS, Cognitive Campus Networking, Wi-Fi Campus networking, Network Automation & Telemetry, Network Monitoring Fabric solutions, NDR, Endpoint, and AI-driven Network Security solutions. Meet with influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to present Arista’s value proposition. Work with Arista systems engineers to design solutions that reduce total cost of ownership. Collaborate with technology partners to identify prospects and demonstrate solutions. Establish and manage key channel relationships in your territory. Develop strategic and tactical account plans through regular business reviews. Conduct demand generation activities like happy hours, lunch-and-learns, and forums. Collaborate on marketing plans and best practices with peers. Stay updated on partner solutions, competing solutions, and competitors’ strategies. Qualifications

You have a hunter mentality with a proven track record in technology sales, cultivating relationships with existing clients and penetrating new accounts. You are an influencer and a trusted advisor, capable of delivering business value to end users and stakeholders. Our team values trust, compassion, collaboration, respectfulness, integrity, and good-natured fun. BS/BA degree or equivalent and 8+ years of technology sales experience. Proven success in direct sales within target accounts and exceeding sales goals. Relevant industry background in data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) from a partner, competitor, or end user. Strong network and relationships within the territory. Excellent relationship-building skills at all organizational levels. Previous selling experience and technical knowledge in areas such as Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged Infrastructure, or Cloud Computing. #LI-SR1 Additional Information
