Who You'll Work With As a team member of the Arista Sales team, you are the face of Arista to our customers; their internal champion for the problems they need to solve. You will align Arista’s technical resources to achieve your customer’s business outcomes. You will partner with skilled Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to help understand and execute on your customer’s needs. Our sales culture emphasizes team success, collaboration, and support from like-minded professionals. This role typically reports to a Regional Sales Director or Area VP of Sales. What You'll Do Arista has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager in Columbus, OH, to lead a team of Account Managers and Channel Partners in a player/coach capacity with the goal of exceeding revenue targets for the territory. This role is pivotal in driving new revenue for Arista's Open Networking platforms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building, leading, and managing a team of 5-6 motivated Sales Reps in the Chicago area. Developing a strategic go-to-market business plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals. Building a sales pipeline through relationships with prospects, partners, and customers. Hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining top sales talent via coaching and mentoring. Managing and growing customer relationships and revenue with Arista's Cognitive Cloud Networking solutions, including Wi-Fi, AI Networking products, DANZ Automated Fabric Monitoring, Network Detection & Response, End Point security, and AI-driven Network Identity solutions. Developing partner resellers in the territory and growing business through these partnerships. Participating in marketing planning, development, execution, and measurement. Coordinating sales and marketing activities with Arista headquarters. Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing issues promptly. Fostering a collaborative team environment that balances empowerment with accountability in a matrix organization. Setting priorities and schedules to meet goals and commitments. Performing other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Attributes: Experience selling into large enterprise organizations. Leadership ability to motivate teams and navigate challenges positively. Proven sales success in territory and key account relationships. Network sales experience and knowledge of Data Center, Campus, and Cloud technologies. Understanding of local and regional market and partner relationships in Data Center technology. Passion for success and ability to articulate innovative solutions that challenge the status quo. Qualifications

As a candidate, you will leverage your sales leadership experience with an accomplished team at one of the fastest-growing networking OEMs, transforming Data Center and Campus networks with Arista's Cloud Networking platforms. The ideal candidate balances strategic and operational issues, communicates the overall strategy effectively, and manages their responsibilities efficiently. Requirements: 12+ years of sales experience in high-tech infrastructure. Experience managing and building sales teams. History of consistent sales achievement over targets. Proven ability to develop new business and manage complex sales cycles. Core knowledge of networking solutions, routers, switches, and data center and campus environments. Success with CXO and multi-level selling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills. Knowledge of competitive products and services. Strong time management, initiative, and follow-through. Strong work ethic and integrity. #LI-SR1 Additional Information
