Lithography Team Process Development Engineer Develop, optimize, and sustain processes used for device fabrication in a semiconductor fabrication facility supporting BAW, SAW, GaAs, and GaN Qorvo Technologies. Support a manufacturing facility operating 24/7. Support photolithography processes and tools for resist coat, expose, develop, and associated metrology, involving broad litho toolsets related to 1x, i-line, and e-beam processes. Collaborate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Integration, and R&D teams to ensure process stability, improve yield, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials, Statistics, or Physical Sciences. Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication, focusing on photolithography (less experience may be considered with an advanced degree). Experience with photolithography, process control, and semiconductor processing required. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment; some lifting and standing required. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Materials, Statistics, or Physical Sciences. Experience supporting and troubleshooting lithography processes with ASML Steppers/Scanners and TEL coat/develop tools. Proficiency in design of experiments, statistical process control, database query tools (Oracle, Spotfire, Access), and data analysis/programming skills.
