We are seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineer to join our Water Team, focusing on infrastructure projects in Florida. The position can be based in Tampa, Orlando, Miami, or Palm Bay. The ideal candidate must be a licensed PE with a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering and at least fifteen years of relevant experience in process engineering, facility design, project specifications, and application to water and wastewater treatment facilities. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a self-motivated attitude are essential. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 90 days. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects, including technical planning, design, and construction support for stormwater, water, and wastewater treatment and collection systems. Serve as the client manager for targeted key clients. Prepare engineering calculations, reports, permits, and specifications. Develop and review project estimates, scope, budgets, and schedules. Conduct research, monitor budgets, and prepare project status reports. Participate in marketing, proposals, and technical presentations. Conduct on-site inspections and attend client and project meetings. Maintain client relations and promote Wade Trim’s visibility and brand. Ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. 15+ years of relevant experience. Licensed Professional Engineer. About Wade Trim:
