Our routes span the length of I-35, stretching East into the Midwest, down to Texas, and extending to portions of the Northeast and Southeast, served by multiple terminals in strategic locations. CDL-A Company Truck Driver Perks
State-of-the-art, late-model tractors and trailers equipped with APUs 2021 and newer APU/Inverter equipped truck Transfolo Telematics and App 99% no-touch freight Accessorial pay, Detention pay, and Layover Pay No forced dispatch to NYC Stop pay (excluding first and last pick up/drop off) Pet and Rider program available Military experience accepted! Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)
CDL-A Company Truck Driver Compensation Highlights
Pay Range: $0.57 CPM – $0.65 CPM Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,600 $500 Onboarding Bonus* Vacation pay - $1,000! Top 50% of our drivers average over 2,500 miles per week Stable income with bi-annual pay increases based on performance Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements
CDL-A Company Truck Driver Requirements
Minimum age of 21 Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license Must pass DOT physical and drug screen Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving) Must have at least 6 months of OTR or Regional CDL A driving experience in the last 3 years
