Position Summary
We’re excited to welcome a dedicated BCBA to our passionate team! You’ll lead the design, implementation, and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans, helping children with autism achieve meaningful milestones. This role thrives on collaboration—with families, therapists, and providers—while offering opportunities for your professional growth and impact. Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.) and develop comprehensive treatment plans Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians (BTs)/RBTs with high-quality, ethical programming Partner with families to set goals, review progress, and empower their involvement Ensure treatment integrity, monitor data, and make data-based decisions Maintain timely documentation for payer and regulatory compliance Join team meetings and case reviews, fostering a culture of mentorship and excellence Note: Telehealth may be used for rare cases (e.g., Frankfort, NY 13337) beyond 30-minute drive.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB State Licensure Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills Passion for supporting diverse children and families
