A small reputable boutique firm in North Miami is looking for a Senior Probate Litigation Attorney with 8-12 years of experience. This candidate will primarily work in a practice that concentrates on probate litigation with a focus on contested guardianships and conservatorships, will contests, trust disputes and breaches of fiduciary duty.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage case progression. Draft substantive complaints, motions, oppositions, correspondence and other pleadings forcontested matters. Research and prepare accompanying memorandums for various probate issues. Draft and respond to interrogatories, subpoenas and document requests. Attend meetings and court hearings. Draft estate planning documents, including but not limited to, wills, revocable trusts, durablepowers of attorney, health care proxies and irrevocable life insurance trusts. REQUIREMENTS
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the relevant state 8 plusyears of experience in estate planning, probate, with experience in probate litigation Book of business desired.
