Catastrophe Risk Analyst - Reinsurance (AVP/VP) . This role offers the opportunity to work in a leading reinsurance advisory firm, focusing on catastrophe modeling and risk assessment for North American clients, preferably based in Toronto. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client exposure data for catastrophe modeling suitability. Use RMS and Verisk software to measure physical and economic losses from catastrophes. Interpret and communicate model outputs to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with brokers, clients, and reinsurance teams throughout the modeling and placement processes. Mentor junior staff and contribute to workflow improvements. About You:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in RMS, AIR, EQE, and GIS software. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Understanding of (re)insurance financial and regulatory contexts. Benefits:
