Experience and Education Graduate of NLN approved Nursing program and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) 5 years experience as a registered nurse 2 years of management experience; advanced GI and Pulmonary experience preferred Licenses and Certifications Current Texas (or BNE Compact State) nursing license BCLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Job Duties
Develop and implement performance improvement plans Meet or exceed financial goals Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards Handle staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions Lead educational and quality improvement initiatives Manage budgets and operational activities Additional Information
