Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients while adhering to legal requirements. Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses, to attract potential buyers and renters. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and zoning laws to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients, other real estate agents, and industry professionals to expand your network and business opportunities.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License in the state of New York. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with real estate CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professional ethics. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
