What is Required (Qualifications): - 3-5+ years of experience in in-home/outside flooring sales - Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills - Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in computer usage for sales tracking and reporting - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in a consultative sales environment - Ability to speak publicly with confidence - Coachable and self-motivated with a competitive nature - Interest in achieving a six-figure income with a strong work ethic - Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend appointments
