Paralegal
with extensive litigation support experience to join their
Disputes team . This role directly supports two Partners of Litigation. You’ll play a critical part in arbitration and trial preparation, document management, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist with trial and arbitration prep: organize exhibits, prepare trial binders, and manage complex files Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents; hyperlink citations and documents E-file motions and pleadings (including after-hours filings) Manage document production and review using tools like Relativity or Axcelerate Serve as liaison between trial team and external contacts (witnesses, clients, vendors) Conduct substantive legal research using Lexis and Westlaw Create demonstratives and deposition exhibits from electronic data Oversee docketing and deadline tracking; create project task lists Support administrative duties related to litigation and trial work Qualifications 5–10 years of litigation paralegal experience , with direct arbitration and trial support Strong knowledge of court filing procedures and document management Familiarity with legal software (Lexis, Westlaw) is a plus Highly collaborative and proactive, eager to learn and contribute Business casual presentation; professional, detail-oriented demeanor Additional Details Schedule:
Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite (flexible), 40-hour week (8:00–5:00 or 8:30–5:30) Billable Target:
