Create and execute global Key Account Plans aligned with regional and global segment & marketing strategies. Develop relevant commercial pipelines for respective Key Accounts. Achieve financial KPIs, including regional and global P&L targets. Drive innovation within Key Accounts. Develop and maintain contact maps at all reporting levels and across functions within each Key Account. Promote continuous improvement to generate value for customers, including service, capabilities, efficiency, and productivity. Enhance Key Account management capabilities organization-wide. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning, trialing, and prioritizing new developments. Support sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency. Lead new business development projects aligned with Key Account needs. Contribute to global and regional teams on market intelligence, new product development, IBP, and CRM. Engage with Key Accounts and senior leadership regularly, including quarterly reviews. Ensure contract compliance and develop market strategies like blitzes, mutual action plans, scorecards, and sales incentives. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field (required); MBA preferred. Experience in paints, coatings, or B2B industries. 8-10 years in commercial roles, sales, and key account management. Skills: leadership, stakeholder management, project management, decision making, value proposition creation, results orientation, communication, business acumen, understanding of cross-functional processes, and financial concepts. Ability to participate in respirator fit testing and use respirators as needed. Salary range: $120,000 - $130,000, with eligibility for a 35% annual bonus, monthly car allowance, benefits from Day 1, 6% 401K match, medical insurance with HSA, generous leave, hybrid work model, tuition reimbursement, and active diversity and inclusion networks.
