URGENT NEED for OTs . Compensation:
Up to $155,000 annually. Coverage: Within a 10 to 20-mile radius of your home. Dana Point, Rancho Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach , and surrounding areas. Role: Help patients and families adapt to their environment, modify tasks, and use equipment to improve participation in daily life. Assist patients in managing fatigue, conserving energy, and reducing stress. Teach relaxation techniques to improve sleep, protect joints, manage chronic pain, and use adapted equipment. Geriatric patient population. Occupational Therapy in Home Health: Evaluate and follow up with patients. Patients seen 2 to 3 times per week. Post-surgical care, home safety assessments, ROM, strength training, equipment evaluation. Position Requirements: Excellent communication skills. CA Licensed Physical Therapist. CPR Certified. Recent Physical within last year. Clear TB Test within the last year. Experience levels from entry to seasoned. Ability to work independently. What to Expect While Treating: 45-minute treatments. Easy laptop documentation. 1 to 7 patients per day. Focus on patient care over documentation. Mentorship: Paired with a Senior OT for guidance. Full orientation, on-site assistance, shadowing, documentation review. About BioMechanics: PT-owned and operated. Ethical and established for over 8 years. Dedicated to patient and therapist care. We also have openings for COTAs, PTs, and STs.
