Our clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their fields, for rapid consults, support, and referrals. About the Role : We are seeking Advanced Care Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) to join our expanding teams and collaborate with our Chief Medical Officers. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to high-quality patient care and bring an innovative, forward-thinking approach. Candidates should possess strong internal medicine knowledge and have experience in urgent care, primary care, or family medicine, with comfort in treating adults. Provide urgent care visits for our primary care and multispecialty groups, including home visits, imaging support, follow-up care, vaccine-only visits, phlebotomy, contrast imaging, allergy shots, or preoperative clearance at our NY or Florida offices. Work 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., three days a week, with occasional weekend or holiday coverage with ample notice. Partner with physicians across specialties to deliver exceptional care under supervision. Gain training and demonstrate competencies in Point of Care Testing modalities and devices. Perform clinical, administrative, and clerical tasks outside routine scope, including inventory management. Provide minor procedures such as IV insertions, wound care, vaccinations, and phlebotomy; urgent care skills like splinting, staples, or glue are a plus. Maintain accurate medical documentation and use technology platforms such as Spruce and Slack. Conduct telehealth visits and electronically prescribe medications as needed. Ensure attention to detail, clear communication, and adherence to quality and safety protocols. Maintain licensure, certifications, DEA registration, and meet state and national requirements; licensure in NY required, with willingness to obtain CT and NJ licenses. Support adult care primarily, with cross-training for pediatric patients (seasonal vaccines, swabs, low acuity visits for patients 2+). Compensation : $170,000 - $190,000, depending on experience Current NYS License as NP or PA-C required. At least 2 years of practice as NP or PA-C. BLS & ACLS certification from the American Heart Association. Flexible with weekend coverage. Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
