We are searching for a skilled and professional
Clinical Director
to manage our
North Coast Region (Salinas/Capitola) . Your duties will include supervising all day-to-day management of administrative tasks, including maintaining client care, records, and assigning clients, managing employees, as well as clinical responsibilities. The clinical responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) a client caseload, training & developing assigned employees, audits, and representing the clinic.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will also be an exceptional communicator, with a strong understanding of budgeting and performance evaluation processes.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely and appropriate training to assure the ability of treatment staff to implement the responsibilities and duties of their positions. Assures policies and programs are compliant with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities standards for Adult Residential programming. Complete on-call responsibilities as needed. Acts as the clinical authority of the program and supports and establishes processes and procedures within the organization Provides evidence-based direct care per established policies, procedures, and standards of care of HOPE and governing bodies Oversees documentation by clinical staff and performs audits of the clinic to ensure adherence to contractual requirements and regulatory boards Aids in creating policies and procedures that address clinical quality and risk Responsible for team meetings and providing regular supervision and evaluations of assigned staff Provision of direct clinical services to clients, including assessments, group and individual therapy Maintain accurate and timely files and participate in monthly consultation meetings with Senior Leadership Act as an ongoing resource to the treatment team by communicating current research and knowledge Represent the agency as needed in the community (i.e., serving on committees, making presentations on our programs, etc) Serve as liaison for the company to our stakeholders and other outside agencies Provide court testimony as needed
Qualifications
Three years licensed or licensed-eligible as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist in the state of California A minimum of 5 years’ experience providing sex offender-specific treatment or treatment in a forensic setting. A minimum of 3 years of management experience Knowledge of cognitive-behavioral treatment methods, sex offender treatment methods, and mental health theories, concepts, and methods related to treatment in forensic settings.
