As a sales professional, you will attend comprehensive training combining online learning, hands-on field training, and mentorship within your territory. Your trainer will teach you the sales cycle and advanced techniques. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate. You will manage your local territory, engaging with small and medium-sized businesses, conducting in-person meetings, and introducing industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions tailored to their needs. You will work with individual employees and conduct presentations for groups from 5 to 50+. Core Responsibilities
Utilize our CRM to generate leads and expand your network. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text. Schedule and conduct meetings to understand insurance needs. Attend calls and meetings with your sales team. Visit businesses, develop relationships, follow up on leads, and reservice clients. Build and nurture your client portfolio. Set and work towards sales targets with your manager. Plan weekly schedules, submit them for approval, and record daily activities. Qualifications & Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build connections. Passion for helping others, resilience, and a history of exceeding expectations. Clear personal goals, positive attitude, and optimism. Quick thinking, situational awareness, and critical thinking skills. Desire for learning, good time management, and ability to work independently. Experience in sports, coaching, or athletics is a plus. Additional Qualifications
Pass a background check. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain. Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. Compensation & Benefits
