Responsible for conducting loan review analysis of a specific segment of loans (e.g., CRE, C&I, Specialized, Retail) in the bank's portfolio under the supervision of Senior Loan Review officers. Evaluate compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies. Assess the condition and quality of individual credits based on financial, collateral, and documentation analysis. Quantify metrics such as debt service capacity, leverage, liquidity, collateral coverage, and guarantor support. Determine the appropriate risk rating for Borrowers according to current Lending Policy and regulatory guidance. Identify and report issues promptly to senior Loan Review Officers.

As a Loan Review Officer II, you will:
Conduct loan review analysis of loans in various portfolios, evaluating compliance, assessing credit quality, and determining risk ratings.
Participate in special projects and risk assessments as directed by management.
Interact with lending officers, credit administration, loan servicing, and other bank staff to perform risk due diligence.
Assist in discussions with affiliate management regarding loan grading and credit underwriting decisions under senior officer supervision.
Develop and maintain effective communication and partnerships with colleagues across the line of business.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Business Administration, Risk, or Banking.
Required . Master's Degree is
Preferred . Experience 5-7 years in Loan Review, Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, or Regulatory Examination.
Required . 7-10 years in similar roles.
Preferred . Licenses and Certifications BAI Loan Review Certificate within 2 years.
Required . RMA Credit Risk Certification -
Preferred . Other RMA or CPA certifications within 3-5 years are
