is a nationwide healthcare recruitment company. We are actively seeking a Child and Adolescent trained Psychiatrist for a long-term tele-psychiatry opportunity in
New Mexico . Summary: Are you passionate about providing high-quality tele-psychiatry services? This opportunity requires board certification and child and adolescent training. Initially, the role will require onsite presence for the first few months, then reduce to approximately every three months. Status:
1099; travel expenses paid or reimbursed Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Telepsychiatry Expected to physically report to Cannon AFB monthly. Initially 5 days per month for the first few months. About the opportunity: Examines, evaluates, diagnoses, and treats psychiatric disorders. Prepares and reviews case histories and evaluates data through interview techniques. Diagnoses psychiatric disorders. Prescribes and evaluates the effectiveness of therapeutic measures. Recommends dispositions of psychiatric cases. Advises on problems related to mental health and prevention of mental disorders. Serves as medical and psychiatric consultant to clinical psychologists and social workers. Advises on psychiatric supplies and equipment. Coordinates psychiatric services with other medical activities. Instructs interns and residents in psychiatric principles and procedures. Requirements: Degree/Education: Graduate from an APA-accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychiatry. Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Licensed Psychiatrist within the last 3 years. Board Certification: Current certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. License: Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Psychiatrist in any U.S. state or territory.
