Our hospital-employed team of Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons invites a motivated Physician to help continue growing and accelerating our nationally recognized heart program. We are a private, not-for-profit health care network based in Pinehurst, NC, serving 15 counties in the mid-Carolinas. Our organization is solidly positioned to expand cardiac services. Position Highlights
About The Opportunity
Enjoy a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Practice at FirstHealth’s flagship campus, Moore Regional Hospital (MRH) in Pinehurst, NC. The Reid Heart Center – on the MRH campus – has 5 cath labs, and 2 EP labs. One cath lab being converted to hybrid OR suite. Benefit from hospital employment with the FirstHealth Physician Group, a physician-led, multi-specialty medical group of 400+ providers, including 6 general cardiologists, 2 interventionalists, 1 electrophysiologist, and 3 cardiothoracic surgeons. Multidisciplinary approach - partner with seasoned subspecialists to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications
Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved residency and fellowship programs, and board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease required.
