Overview:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. Your ability to lead, communicate effectively, and drive results will be critical to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.

Team Leadership:

Lead project teams, including site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Budget and Cost Management:

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.

Negotiate contracts and change orders.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Address unforeseen issues promptly.

Ensure project safety protocols are followed.

Communication:

Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders.

Conduct regular meetings with team members and clients.

Resolve conflicts and maintain strong relationships.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor construction quality and adherence to specifications.

Conduct inspections and address deficiencies.

Ensure timely completion of punch lists.

Self-Motivation and Action Focus:

Take initiative to drive projects forward.

Problem-solve proactively and make decisions confidently.

Maintain a sense of urgency while ensuring attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (5 years).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam).

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
