Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000. This reflects Aramark's good faith estimate of expected compensation as of the time of posting. Benefits:

Job Responsibilities: Campaign Execution, Social Media & Merchandising:
Plan and implement monthly marketing initiatives, including café promotions and visual merchandising. Collaborate with Culinary and Operations teams to craft content for digital platforms, such as Instagram and LinkedIn, to generate local excitement. Manage and schedule localized social media content through internal tools. Deliver high-quality food photography and video content to engage customers and clients. On-Site Marketing & Tech Support: Travel to client sites (50-70%) to execute marketing activities, support on-site events, and develop visual and digital campaigns. Serve as the liaison for field marketing and tech, assisting teams with POS system configurations and promotional strategies. Train café and amenity teams on POS capabilities and digital alignment. Metrics, VOC & Digital Insights: Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs, focusing on campaign reach and social media engagement. Collaborate with analytics teams to transform customer feedback into actionable marketing strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to ensure marketing activations align with broader business objectives. Support national marketing initiatives that drive strategic growth and enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications: Required: 4-6 years of experience in marketing, brand execution, or communications. Strong expertise in social media content strategy and platform-specific best practices. Familiarity with POS systems, including setup, training, and troubleshooting. Photography and videography skills focused on food. Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, and SharePoint. Exceptional visual storytelling and content creation skills. Confidence in presenting to executive and client audiences. Ability to travel frequently and work independently in fast-paced, multi-site settings. Preferred: Experience in field marketing for multiple high-end client locations. Knowledge of workplace dining, hospitality, or tech-savvy retail sectors. Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and real-time problem-solving.
