University of Michigan Health- Sparrow is committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region.
* Inpatient Palliative Care/Hospice/Home Hospice * Fast paced, high volume, growing program with referrals from several hospitals * Certified as a Hospice Program since 1987 * M - F, 8am-5pm with rotating call schedule * Quality scores higher than National Average CMS Hospice Compare * EPIC EMR * Located in the heart of the Great Lakes Position is hospital-employed and offers: * Excellent compensation and benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage * Relocation assistance, 401(k) with matching funds, generous CME benefits * Malpractice insurance
