Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards Test-drive vehicles and diagnose systems using diagnostic tools Maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate with Service Advisor regarding additional services needed and provide repair estimates Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications Coordinate with parts department to obtain needed parts Document all work performed Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs Stay updated on manufacturer technical bulletins Maintain vehicle cleanliness and notify service advisor of any changes Keep shop area neat and tools properly maintained Comply with safety and environmental regulations Operate tools safely and report safety issues immediately Pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR, drug test, and possess a valid driver's license Our dealerships are recognized for outstanding customer service, receiving awards such as Toyota's President's Award, Nissan's Global Award, Ford's President's Award, and Honda's Presidents Award.
