Quanta Search . Our client, a well-respected worldwide Hedge Fund, is seeking a Quantitative Developer to join a small engineering team within the Central Research Technology Team. The team works closely with systematic Portfolio Managers to build, operate, and evolve their technical stack. The developer will analyze business requirements and develop solutions to enhance the platform's efficiency and capabilities. This role offers exposure to all aspects of systematic investing and involves solving technical challenges within a modular platform. You'll work directly with Portfolio Managers and have the opportunity to grow your career while developing next-generation research and trading systems. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data pipelines, signal research tools, and trading systems Work on real-time market data and backtesting systems Create GUIs and data storage solutions Monitor technical and financial metrics Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering 2-5 years of experience in high-frequency trading, hardware, gaming, or similar Strong C++ and Python skills Linux system administration experience Knowledge of computer architecture, databases, real-time systems, and distributed computing Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills Team player with a sense of ownership and high ethical standards Additional Details
