The Role : The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) by providing detailed financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and ensure organizational financial health. Responsibilities include assisting in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and developing financial models for long-term planning and scenario analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with modern financial tools and software.
In-Office Position : At Strategy, Monday through Thursday are in-office days, with Fridays working from home.
Your Focus:
Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting, aligning with strategic goals.
Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain financial models for long-term planning and scenario analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and the board.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial discipline and accountability.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools, such as Excel and financial planning software.
Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
