Within the Capital Group, Private Client Services (PCS) is dedicated to servicing the complex needs of the wealthiest investors. Originating nearly five decades ago as a family office managing assets for Capital Group's founders and executives, PCS now oversees over $30 billion for more than 1,500 ultra-high net worth families, endowments, and foundations. It is the only division within CG that works directly with clients to meet their unique financial goals, including asset allocation, wealth transfer, and trust services. Success as a Private Wealth Advisor at Capital Group involves:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships within Capital Group.

Developing your own practice focusing on investment results, holistic wealth planning, and exceptional client service.

Meeting with clients, prospects, and referral sources to grow your book of business.

Collaborating with a diverse team of advisors serving individuals, families, foundations, and endowments.

Support and Resources: We provide world-class marketing, investment solutions, administrative support, compliance oversight, and wealth planning expertise. Our expanded investment platform allows for seamless transition of existing client assets and access to a broad range of investment strategies, including mutual funds, private equity, alternative strategies, and hedge funds. Advisors also have access to our in-house research team and professionals specializing in accounting, taxation, estate planning, and more.

Candidate Profile:

Undergraduate degree with CFP, CFA, or MBA.

15+ years of wealth management experience, preferably as an independent RIA.

Established and portable book of business or a strong referral network.

Active community involvement and engagement with charitable organizations.

Expertise in investment and financial planning, committed to excellent client service.

Trusted advisor to high net worth clients, helping them achieve financial and life goals.

Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills.

Excellent listening skills and ability to read verbal and non-verbal cues.

Compensation: The base salary for this role is $100,000 plus sales commissions and bonuses. Compensation varies based on experience and skills, with potential for additional benefits and bonuses. Employees are also eligible for a retirement plan with a 15% contribution from Capital, and other standard benefits.
