Manager, Mid Market Sales
to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketing wizards, and brilliant business folks. You aren't the typical sales leader, and we aren't the typical design tool company. At Figma, we think outside the box, lift constraints that block our imagination every day, and we expect you to do the same. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing sales organization, consulting with existing and potential customers to build meaningful relationships that enhance customer experience and drive revenue. Our next team member will have an agile, dynamic approach, be comfortable embracing change, be a true team player, and enjoy working with our growing Fortune 1000 customer base. You will work closely with Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community teams. As a Manager, Mid-Market Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for expanding our Enterprise product offerings. You will report to the
Director of Mid-Market Sales . This is a full-time role based in our NYC hub or remotely in the tri-state area, with regular attendance at the NYC office required. What you'll do at Figma:
Lead a diverse team to foster success Participate in customer and prospect meetings Support training, mentorship, hiring, and career development Shape and develop sales processes and initiatives Hire and train new team members as we scale We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of SaaS sales experience 1+ years of management experience in a SaaS company's Commercial Sales team Experience selling to technical audiences (Engineering, Product, Design) Success leading a team while actively contributing to deals Proven ability to develop customer relationships and ensure satisfaction Track record of exceeding sales goals Ability to attend the NYC hub regularly Additional pluses include:
More management experience in SaaS Figma or UX/UI experience Ability to adapt to change Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC methodologies At Figma, we believe in growing as you go.
