Bridge Inspection-Team Leader
to expand our Michigan team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bridge and structural inspections, project management, and team leadership. This role involves managing projects, consulting with clients and government agencies, and overseeing teams. It offers opportunities for career growth, with a mix of office and fieldwork, including travel within the state. Responsibilities include:
Supervising bridge and structure evaluations and inspections, both above and underwater. Utilizing MI Bridge program for MDOT. Analyzing and recommending solutions for field and design issues. Preparing and monitoring project budgets and proposals. Ensuring project schedules and deadlines are met. Managing engineering projects in accordance with plans and specifications. Performing engineering computations related to inspections and rehabilitation. Preparing engineering reports meeting MDOT guidelines. Supervising and coaching entry-level engineers and staff. Making independent decisions within a general framework. Using engineering software for document preparation. Fieldwork, including nights and weekends, may be required. Relocation assistance is available. The estimated salary range is $87,280 - $115,580 annually, plus bonuses and benefits, based on experience. Click
