Essential Functions:
Manage design projects to meet all time and cost budgets with limited guidance. Provide project summaries to HMNA leadership and manage projects through standard Stage Gate process. Ensure all project-related information remains organized and useful throughout the project lifecycle. Complete work on time, regardless of hours clocked, as a salaried employee. Develop in-depth knowledge of electrical systems used in various HMNA machine platforms. Complete electrical engineering activities to ensure projects are finished on time and within budget. Develop new HMNA electrical assemblies and systems for various machine platforms produced by HMNA. Define substitute parts for HMNA Electromechanical systems. Develop sustainment/improvement to existing HMNA electrical assemblies on various machine platforms. Create electrical schematics and plans for machine platforms produced by HMNA. Support HMNA production by answering electrical questions on in-process HMNA machines. Create work instructions and SOPs for various HMNA disciplines. Assist Order Engineering with standard work for inputting or modifying orders. Support Quality Engineering with standard work and RCCA investigations. Assist Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering with projects and standard work. Support HMNA disciplines by responding to engineering requests through the Ticket System. Qualifications:
Ability to understand and implement engineering methodology professionally. Basic application of NPD process in manufacturing. Prioritize daily tasks based on support needs and project timing. Implement Electrical Engineering principles in projects and daily work. Read and interpret electrical schematics. Troubleshoot industrial equipment and control systems. Utilize MS Office and operate in SAP or similar ERP systems. Travel domestically and internationally up to 2 months each. 5-10 years of engineering experience; Bachelor's in Engineering.
