Project Executive
Skills : Team Management Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters. Prepare workload, sales forecasts, and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions. Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and analyze progress regarding prospective unsecured projects. Client Liaison / Communication Represent the company at meetings with project clients and stakeholders as required. Mentor staff in all phases of the design process and recommend training requirements to HR. Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction. Qualifications : 10+ years of HVAC and / or plumbing construction project management experience Sales and estimating experience. Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff. Strong communication and coaching skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Project budgeting skills. Able to resolve team management problems promptly.
