role focuses on driving growth through strategic partnerships with distributors and resellers in the Industrial Solutions sector, including cabling, wiring, and manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing sales strategies, navigating complex partner organizations, providing training, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating marketing efforts. What You’ll Do Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and reseller partners to foster collaboration and mutual success Design and implement targeted sales strategies for profitable growth within Industrial Solutions Navigate and influence partner organizations to promote BMS mobile printing solutions Provide tailored training and presentations for contractors and industrial professionals Identify new business opportunities leveraging industry knowledge and develop actionable plans Coordinate with BMS Marketing on incentives, promotions, and growth strategies at the reseller level Manage or influence account reps supporting the channel and drive joint sales efforts Customer Engagement Maintain onsite presence at reseller, contractor, and end-user accounts Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships for high satisfaction and loyalty Visit and engage with customers to understand needs and provide solutions Participate in industry events showcasing the BMS portfolio About Our Ideal Candidate Education Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience At least 8 years of relevant experience in technology sales, channel partner sales, or related fields Minimum 2 years in AutoID or Mobility space sales Experience with quota-carrying end-user sales and IT distribution sales Software/Technical Skills Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred) Other Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal) Ability to navigate large organizations and understand decision-making processes Ability to create solutions with strong value propositions Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders with a customer focus Additional Details For This Role This is a remote position with a salary range of $115,000-$130,000 per year Salary determined by experience, education, location, and market data Eligible for participation in Brother’s incentive plans based on performance Benefits include healthcare, wellness coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and Paid Time Off.
