David creates tools to increase muscle and decrease fat. Our first product is a protein bar. More broadly, David is a platform to develop high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable. David is led by CEO Peter Rahal, the Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR ($600M exit to Kellogg in 2017). We aspire to become the most popular high-protein bar in North America and beyond. Role and Responsibilities: The Strategic Channel Analyst will own David’s online, direct-ship wholesale program. This entrepreneurial role requires adaptability and a self-starting mindset. You will manage systems, strategy, and relationships to turn partners into advocates of the David brand, focusing on independent businesses like gyms, nutrition stores, and retail locations while optimizing existing relationships. Retail Leadership & Brand Stewardship Build, own, and evolve David’s online wholesale playbook covering acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion. Manage internal and external sales teams to maximize coverage and performance. Use wholesale partner feedback to inform product, operations, and marketing decisions. Represent David at retail conversations, trade shows, and industry events. Lead Generation & Market Expansion Identify and prospect high-potential wholesale partners using lead generation tools and outbound research. Implement cold outreach strategies to generate interest in our wholesale program. Research new retail categories for David to enter and develop strategic plans for market entry. Conversion & Onboarding Create and optimize a scalable onboarding process to minimize friction and accelerate first orders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth account setup and partner education. Partner Management & Retention Develop systems to improve retention, including email/SMS flows and website optimizations. Analyze account performance to identify risks and growth opportunities, launching targeted interventions. Meet regularly with customers to support their sales efforts for David. What you’ll bring: Strong relationship-building skills and enjoyment of collaboration. Ability to operate independently with clear communication of priorities. Skill in identifying customer pain points and developing scalable solutions. Analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions. High IQ, intellectual horsepower, and accuracy. Self-starting attitude and enthusiasm for executing ideas quickly. Humble, self-aware, curious, and eager to build an early-stage CPG company focused on health and wellness. We work onsite five days a week; when culture fits, it’s fun to be in the office together. Salary: $90K - $110K per year, with a cash bonus based on company targets.
