Anesthesiology, Cardiac Qualified Candidates/Opportunity Highlights
MD or DO licensure from an accredited institution and ABA board eligibility/certification required. Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology from an ACGME-accredited program required. Must obtain an unrestricted medical license and DEA from Florida prior to employment. Anesthesia Care Team expanding to 10 Anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs. MDs perform approximately 5% of their own cases. Diverse case mix including General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular/Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology, and Peds. Annual surgical volume: 11,500 cases. State-of-the-art facility with 13 operating rooms, including 2 for open heart surgery, 2 OB (Level III NICU), Level II Trauma. Potential academic involvement. Incentives and Benefits
W-2 employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services. Start date bonus and relocation assistance available. Extra call shift pay if physicians opt to take additional shifts.
