People First in Lubbock Local Team Collaboration

Join our well-established team of 2 MDs and 2 night APPs at Covenant Plainview Medical Center.

Work alongside our dedicated providers, committed to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with all stakeholders in a positive manner.

Qualifications

The candidate must be board-certified/eligible in IM or FM.

We accept both internal medicine and family medicine trained physicians. Hospitalist experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.

ACLS certification is mandatory.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Practice in the Heart of the Community Scheduling

7 days on, 7 days off.

Open day hospitalist position shift is 7 am-7 pm, and you will be on call during your shift rotation. You will not need to go back into the hospital.

Nights are covered by an APP. We manage both the Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine departments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care and post-operative care to a 49-bed hospital.

Central lines and Intubation are mandatory. ER responds to codes. You will run rapids on your patient.

Utilize EPIC EMR systems and Sound’s internal informatics platform.

Rewards And Benefits

Compensation: Hourly compensation for day shift is $2000; daytime rounder base salary is $365,000.
