Our Corporate Accounting team is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven professional to work on a variety of projects in a high-visibility role reporting to the Corporate Controller and VP of Accounting & Finance. We seek a
Senior Accounting Analyst
with 4-6 years of experience, with potential to advance to an Accounting Manager role within 1-2 years. This full-time salaried position is based out of our West Los Angeles corporate office, with a hybrid schedule (in office Monday-Wednesday, remote Thursday and Friday). Job Responsibilities
Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and data interpretation. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead balance sheet reconciliations and follow-up on reconciling items. Analyze transactions and reports for accuracy, providing variance explanations. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Plan workload to ensure timely task completion. Resolve issues independently, escalating when necessary. Supervise and mentor less experienced team members. Handle complex accounting tasks and serve as a mentor. Develop expertise in legal entities supported by the team. Contribute to process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Support special projects, audits, and tax filings. Assist in tax package preparation and departmental cross-training. Qualifications
3-5 years in Accounting or Finance, with strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls. Advanced Excel skills. Sound judgment, discretion, and high-quality work standards. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Preferred Skills
ERP experience, preferably Oracle. Experience working with auditors. CPA or CPA candidate. Pay Range: $100,000 - $115,000, based on experience. Additional Benefits
