We are hiring an Associate Finance Manager, Procurement FP&A, based in White Plains, NY, or Louisville, CO. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager Materials FP&A, this role involves managing financial reporting and analysis for procurement finance, a key strategic position within the Procurement Finance team. Responsibilities
Provide analytical support on financial performance, including variance analysis for procurement finance in Danone North America, covering Raw and Packaging Materials, Co-manufacturing, and Milk. Communicate performance drivers and root causes of variances. Support month-end close, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecasting, R&O, and standard setting processes from planning to reporting. Lead procurement finance calendar planning in collaboration with NORAM FP&A and Global C&P Finance teams. Review and build forecasts, maintain actuals for budgets exceeding $100M in Other Material Costs. Support operational decision-making with financial analyses for business cases, including tariffs impact and mitigation plans. Assist in preparing financial content for the Risk Management Operations Committee (RMOC). Analyze pricing trends, forecast inflation impacts, and assess productivity impacts to develop standard pricing and budgeting. Perform data analytics, track invoices, and forecast spending. The base salary range is $95k-115k, depending on experience.
