We are seeking a

Land Acquisition Project Manager

to manage sites from pre-acquisition through to the construction of homes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure property documents meet company standards and communicate concerns and solutions to management. Complete all due diligence work before the expiration of contingency periods and the LAP submission date. Create, review, and maintain all due diligence property documents and reports. Coordinate information sharing and work distribution with Land Development, Acquisitions, Construction, Sales, and Marketing departments. Conduct site inspections to assess project status, progress, and risk management. Maintain oversight of budgets and development schedules, updating as needed. Coordinate with the primary engineer and other consultants. Manage community opening schedules and projections based on acquisition and development status. Lead activities of the Entitlements and Land staff. Coordinate with municipal staff and consultants on development agreements, impact fee audits, school agreements, etc. Oversee zoning and platting projects. Willingness to travel overnight as required. Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise two or more employees. Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. Three to five years of related experience and/or training. Ability to understand and carry out instructions in written or oral form, including DRH applications. Preferred Qualifications
