We are looking for a highly motivated
AI Research Scientist
to join our growing research team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about solving real-world problems using advanced machine learning, deep learning, and AI techniques. You will work alongside a team of experts to design, implement, and publish state-of-the-art AI models with direct applications to our product lines and client solutions. Responsibilities:
Conduct original research in AI/ML, with a focus on areas such as generative models, foundation models, reinforcement learning, or unsupervised learning. Develop scalable prototypes and work closely with engineering teams to bring research into production. Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL, etc.). Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI. Stay current with the latest research developments and integrate them into ongoing projects. Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building a strong, innovative research culture. Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Strong publication record or demonstrated research experience in AI/ML. Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX). Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques. Experience with large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark, Dask) is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices. Background in one or more application domains: NLP, computer vision, time-series forecasting, etc. Provide expert guidance on developing an AI strategy. Careers
