This Position reports to:
Vice President-Global HVACR Segment Mgr
The Regional Sales Manager (HVAC) is an experienced industry influencer responsible for growing ABB's market share regionally by managing dedicated tier-1 Channel Partners and Commercial OEM customers. This role supports ABB's HVAC Drives product portfolio and market strategy. It offers an opportunity to demonstrate demand motivation and influence within a market-leading team environment.
The work model for this role is remote. #LI-Remote
This position contributes to the Motion Drive Products division.
Key responsibilities include:
Communicating delivery times, payments, and terms to customers, aligned with ABB's offerings and strategy.
Ensuring effective marketing activities and communicating the value proposition to customers.
Identifying and developing new market opportunities in the designated region.
Managing sales administrative procedures and supporting cash collection and project management as needed.

Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 8+ preferred, in complex business environments selling products or solutions.
Extensive sales experience with VFD/HVAC applications.
Account management experience with OEMs, End Users, and Commercial Channel Partners in HVAC.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and PowerBI.
Must have valid work authorization for the US.
