We seek an Account Executive, Enterprise, for the North Texas territory. Your role involves acquiring new clients in zero-base accounts while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. As a fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform, we heavily invest in our Sales Team, generating customer interest, following a structured sales process, providing weekly training, and prioritizing customer needs. Our team is always ready to support closing deals. Your Mission The Account Executive (AE) will proactively pursue opportunities to enhance customer trust and increase OneTrust’s revenue. Using industry knowledge and value-based sales skills, AEs will craft solutions and solve complex customer problems, bringing insights and best practices to clients and prospects. Responsibilities include: Collaborate with your team to meet or exceed sales quotas. Proactively generate and develop a sales pipeline while managing closing activities. Engage internal stakeholders to execute sales strategies. Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner and Channel Sales, Specialty Sales, and Solutions Engineering. Understand customer needs through discovery and communicate solutions effectively. Differentiate OneTrust’s offerings by understanding competitors’ strategies. Build strong customer relationships, positioning OneTrust as a trusted advisor. Manage and optimize a targeted geographic territory. You Are A team player with a hunting mentality and a consultative approach. You are inquisitive, innovative, genuine, deal-savvy, persistent, and honest. You excel at building relationships with C-Level executives, communicating confidently, balancing prospecting with deal progression, and maintaining disciplined sales processes and CRM hygiene. Your experience includes: 7+ years selling B2B enterprise software or related technologies. Proven success in solution and value selling. Track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. Experience conducting sales presentations and demos. Efficient contract negotiation skills. Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms. Extra Awesome Experience in Privacy, Security, Third-Party Risk, or Compliance. Experience selling directly to Information Security departments. CIPP/E or CIPM certification. Training in Command of Message. For candidates in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington: the annual base salary range is $110,000—$125,000 USD, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
