Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all on-site activities for
commercial and retail projects.
This role is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. The Superintendent will coordinate subcontractors, enforce site safety, maintain schedules, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, inspectors, and ownership teams. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and commercial construction experience are essential. Responsibilities: Playing a strategic role during preconstruction, including constructability reviews and risk assessments. Proactively identifying and resolving issues with minimal executive oversight. Ensuring full compliance with building codes, safety standards, and all relevant government regulations. Managing the project schedule, supporting cost control efforts, and reporting overall progress to key stakeholders. Leading a diverse team of internal staff and external partners, including subcontractors and consultants. Fostering strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and inspection authorities.
