Who is Fusion Technology?
Fusion Technology is a performance-driven HUBZone Small Business concern located in the mountains of West Virginia, near the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services Division. Founded in 2007 by an engineer, we focus on providing IT services and solutions to US Government programs and the Intel Community. Position Location:
Washington, DC (onsite required) Who are you?
Security-cleared Professional:
You possess an active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance. Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field. Experience: At least 10 years in U.S. security, defense, or law enforcement contexts, including IC mission sets, FISA policy, and case management. Experience analyzing data, risks, and recommendations; leading complex programs. Knowledge of IT practices including life-cycle management, SDLC, and requirements management. Additional experience: Minimum 5 years with MS Office tools and report writing. 8 years in security operations, IC functions, FISA, and using systems like FISAMS, Sentinel, DIVS. 6 years in data issues, ETL, storage, access controls, and interagency collaboration. Certifications:
ITIL, Agile Product Owner, CAPM/PMP, CBAP. What you'll do:
Support NSB OSU and priority programs with SME expertise, including: Security system development, requirements gathering, data conversion, training, deployment. Assessing and improving technical systems, recommending cost-effective solutions. Advising on vulnerabilities, managing stakeholder requirements, analyzing documentation. Collaborating with developers, drafting documentation, leading IT projects, and strategic planning. Preparing reports and briefings for executive management, providing technical support, and representing the agency. What matters to you matters to us.
