Leadership

Demonstrate positive leadership attributes such as collaboration, effective communication, decision-making, problem resolution, crisis management, initiative, and high emotional intelligence. Inspire the Assistant Branch Manager to develop leadership skills, build bench strength, and contribute to the branch's success. Strategy

Collaborate with Retail Executives, the Assistant Branch Manager, and business partners to develop strategies for expanding the small branch model into new markets. As the branch grows, source, hire, train, and develop new team members for additional branches. Utilize a consultative sales approach to build member relationships, identify sales opportunities, and refer members to business partners to grow the expansion market, aiming for a minimum of $15MM in deposits annually. Analyze branch reports to identify opportunities, and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns to drive growth. Represent FourLeaf in the community through events and partnerships to increase brand awareness and support new branch growth. Partner with specialists (FA, MLO, Business RM) to connect members with experts for financial needs, enhancing market presence. Employee Experience

Support a positive environment by engaging with the Assistant Branch Manager, removing obstacles, and driving employee engagement and member satisfaction. Promote a culture of change, agility, and innovation, leveraging technology and self-service options to enhance the omnichannel member experience. Guide career and succession planning, coach, train, and lead by example to foster learning and development. Operations

Utilize systems and applications efficiently to process daily functions accurately, adhering to policies and procedures. Oversee operational procedures and policies, assisting with complex tasks and decisions. Provide guidance to the team, making sound decisions and developing staff. Participate in organizational initiatives and represent Retail in community and organizational collaborations. Manage day-to-day branch operations and address member issues and concerns. Compliance

Maintain branch controls in collaboration with the supervisory team. Stay compliant with policies, procedures, and banking regulations, including BSA, AML, OFAC. Identify and mitigate risks and fraud trends, partnering with Retail Leadership, BSA/Compliance, and Fraud teams. Computer Skills:
