St. Mary’s Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our dedicated women's health team. As a vital part of our multidisciplinary healthcare program, you will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, making a meaningful impact on our patient population. Located in a federally designated Physician Shortage Area, St. Mary’s is deeply committed to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare to a medically underserved community across Montgomery County and the surrounding region.

Position Highlights:
Full-time, hospital-employed role within a well-established women's health program. Newly remodeled location providing a modern and comfortable environment for patients and staff. Level 1 Nursery with 24-hour Anesthesia services. Pediatrician-assisted Cesarean sections ensuring comprehensive neonatal care. Intuitive da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgery System available for advanced surgical procedures. Flexible call schedule promoting work-life balance. New graduates welcome to apply – strong mentorship and professional development support available.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population. Perform deliveries and manage prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care. Conduct gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures utilizing the Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgery System. Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and primary care physicians. Provide patient education and counseling, ensuring patients and families understand their health and treatment options. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols. Stay current with emerging treatments and advancements in obstetrics and gynecology. Engage in community outreach and education programs to promote women's health.
Qualifications:
Required Credentials - Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of New York
Preferred Experience - Experience with robotic surgery or advanced surgical techniques is preferred but not required.
Education - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
Skills - Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient-centered empathetic communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range - $272,475 - $414,800 (commensurate with experience). Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and semiannual bonuses for productivity. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plans with employer contributions Relocation assistance and annual CME allowance of $4,000 and 40 hours. Potential eligibility for loan repayment programs due to our HPSA designation
