Salary:
$260,000 - $355,000
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm setting. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience and an interest in continuing or building a practice around healthcare transactional work, with a focus on private equity transactions. Candidates with experience in the foregoing with other complimentary areas of experience should also apply. Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills are required. Please submit cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams. Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills. Illinois Bar is required.
